As Kyrie Irving took part of his Brooklyn Nets’ NBA Media Day today, Uncle Drew himself debuted an all-new colorway of his second low top signature shoe. Here’s a first look at the Nike Kyrie Low 2 ‘Sunset’, inspired by the classic Air Max Plus.
This colorway arrives inspired by one of the Swoosh’s biggest footwear staples ever, the Air Max Plus. The shoes utilize a solid black outsole, white midsole, and a black forefoot heel cage. A full yellow to orange gradient mesh upper makes up the build, while more additions include black laces, tongue, and sockliner, and a red Nike swoosh stamped laterally. Completing the shoe is a “Ky Air” logo at the heel clip of the shoes, paying homage to the originally “TN” heel badge on the original Air Max Plus.
