The Air Jordan 3 is currently celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, and since the start of the year Jordan Brand has made sure to give the Jordan 3’s a lot of attention. With multiple retros and new releases already dropped this year such as the Air Jordan 3 ‘Tinker’, The Jordan 3 ‘Quai 54’, and more recently the ‘Bio Beige’ Air Jordan 3 Justin Timberlake, Jordan brand has done a great job so far at showcasing this silhouette to celebrate 30 years of greatness.
Air Jordan 3 ‘Mocha’
With 2018 winding down the coming months are sure to feature some fire new releases, especially as we near the beginning of the 2018-2019 NBA season and brands really start to flex their muscles. Fortunately for us sneaker heads, we news of two more Jordan 3 colorways set to release before the years end. The first The Air Jordan 3 “Mocha”, is a colorways we have seen in the past, releasing originally in 2001 and re-emerging as a must have a few years back after Drake was spotted with a pair. This retro release mimics the original colorway with a predominantly white leather upper, and mocha elephant print on the toe and heel, with a mocha sole below a white midsole. No date has been set for release as of yet but recent news is pointing towards a December release date with a retail of $190.
The second colorway to release later in the year will be a new Jordan 3 colorway which is borrowed from the Nike Air Trainer 1 ‘Chlorophyll’. This new Tinker Hatfield inspired colorway features a dark grey upper accented by black elephant print at the toe and heel with bright green accents on the eyelets and Jumpman logo. Still no word yet on a release date for these but we can expect to see them hit the market before the year ends. That wraps it up for now, but be sure to check back to One on One Testers & The Sneaker Bulletin for more news and updates on these and other releases and don’t forget to let us know what you think of these fresh new kicks and the article in the comments below.
