Marcus Smart has been seen wearing the recently reported brand-new, low-top PUMA basketball shoe.
This new PUMA hoop shoe was originally spotted on the feet of J.Cole at a basketball pick-up game with other NBA stars. New images reveal a more detailed look at the materials and build being used for this shoe.
This all new model has the same retro, old school vibes past PUMA models have featured. A full length rubber cupsole can be seen, while the brand’s ProFoam is encased within that TPU barrier. Typically, we would see PUMA’s Ignite Foam or NRGY beads be used for the cushioning, but it seems as if the brand will introduce a new cushioning innovation with this model once it releases. Furthermore, a textile mesh upper, standard lace enclosure, and synthetic rear paneling completes the shoe.

Really interested in where to buy these.
Well the shoe itself (PUMA Clyde Hardwood) has been out since the Fall. Regarding this colorway, I’m nearly positive this colorway was exclusive to only select PUMA athletes who played for Team USA in the FIBA World Cup. We’ll keep you posted if these do ever see a release though.
