One of the more sought after Under Armour models in the past decade, has finally surfaced. Sporting a totally new silhouette, the Under Armour Anatomix Spawn looks to make its long awaited return. The original Spawns’ came equipped, riding atop a multi-directional sole, and plush Micro G ® foam midsole. The sneakers were one of the most sought after releases, when they released in 2013.
Sure, having Stephen Curry, who at the time was just makig his first All Star appearance, rocking the kicks on the hardwood was a plus. Nonetheless, the kicks were sought after for their performance. A new brand to the performance footwear market at the time such as Under Armour, with a an affordable, high-performing basketball sneaker? Fans were excited for the future of Under Armour.
Unfortunately, since then, UA has totally failed to live up to expectations. With the recent release of the UA Curry 5, featuring tons of blister issues, many worry what UA has up their sleeve to make that strong push back into the performance footwear world. While these new Anatomix Spawns don’t have release information quite yet, stay tuned to the site as official details come underway.
