Donovan Mitchell’s first signature shoe with the Three Stripes has been nothing short of a success — releasing in a plethora of Marvel collaboration colorways — all for a budget-friendly price of $100 MSRP. The adidas D.O.N. Issue #2 looks to take what its predecessor model featured, and refine it for improved performance.
The adidas D.O.N. Issue #2 looks to arrive in special collaboration colorways, just like its predecessor model did. Spida’s upcoming signature shoe will release in a series of Crayola colorways, inspired by the colors of Crayola crayons we all know, loved, and used growing up. Four colorways in a potential pack in collaboration with Crayola have surfaced — Green, Blue, Yellow, and Orange.
The shoe looks to arrive in a more sleek design aesthetic in comparison to its predecessor. A fused mesh material makes up the upper featuring synthetic overlays and paneling. A slimmed down Bounce foam midsole is also featured, which appears to be much less bulkier in comparison to the Issue #1s. Completing the look are Three Stripes branding at the medial heel and tongue of the shoe, while Mitchell’s Spida logo is printed at the heel.

UPDATE (12/14/2019): The adidas D.O.N. Issue #2 surfaces in the official adidas Holiday 2020 catalog. We can now confirm Bounce foam will return for the cushioning, as well as the $100 retail price.
