The Jordan Zoom ’92 Is Set To Release

The Jordan Zoom '92 is set to release.

Original Posting (04/26/2020): At the beginning of 2018, infamous fashion designer, Don C, revealed a hybrid Jordan casual shoe called the Legacy 312, which combined elements from the Air Jordan 1 and 3, as well as a strap which was a nod to the Nike Air Trainer. The 312 in the name of the shoe is a reference to Don C’s hometown, which is Chicago’s area code. Now, in April 2020, we may have a first look at a performance basketball version of the Jordan Legacy 312.

Information regarding this new Jordan Brand model has yet to be confirmed, thus please note that the shoe may not even end up being a performance basketball shoe, and may have no reference at all to Don C’s Jordan Legacy 312. Nevertheless, the silhouette of the shoe is reminiscent of that model, but everything is still pure speculation.

This new Jordan Brand model very well may be a performance basketball shoe, as it uses elements that are evident in modern day performance basketball shoes. the shoe appears to arrive with a phylon foam midsole, featuring a forefoot Zoom Air bag that is bottom loaded, hinting the shoe’s tooling may similar to the LeBron 17 and SuperRep Go’s setup, which utilizes two circular Zoom Air bags which are bottom loaded. In addition to the intriguing tooling, there is also a lateral clip atop the forefoot of the midsole, hinting this could be a basketball shoe. The upper is quite familiar as it looks very similar to the Legacy 312 Low, without the strap. Synthetic suede looks to cover the forefoot, and a textile mesh makes up the rear with strategically placed fuse panels. Addition eyelet overlays at the ankle collar and a heel pull tab completes the look.
