A First Look at the Nike Zoom Rize

First Look at the Nike Zoom Rize.

After the recent leaks of the Alpha Dunk, said to be re-branding the Swoosh’s iconic tenure with the Hyperdunk line, we now have a first look at the Nike Zoom Rize.

While the images below are replicas of what the Zoom Rize will look like, this is a nearly perfect representation of the shoe’s silhouette. Boasting a completely new line into Nike Basketball’s line up, Zoom Air is in place, and it comes in a large quantity. The actual Zoom Air placement and aesthetic is nearly identical to that of the Alpha Dunk, which we reported just yesterday.

Official tech specifications include:

“Bounce like never before in the Zoom Rize, Nike Basketball’s artfully crafted creation for the upwardly mobile. This mid-top provides containment and support up through the ankle, while an extra-large Nike Zoom unit under the forefoot redefines how responsive a shoe can be.”

UPPER: Engineered mesh upper. Traditional tongue and lacing. External heel counter helps to stabilize and lock in your ankle. Pull tabs.

MIDSOLE: Large Nike Zoom cushioning in the forefoot provides a bouncy underfoot sensation with amazing response. Mid-high collar with internal padding provides comfort and support.

OUTSOLE: Rubber outsole.

Currently, an official release date is unknown regarding the Nike Zoom Rize. Whie Nike is ushering in this new silhouette to their performance basketball line-up, be sure to keep it locked here for updates on the Swoosh’s biggest moves this Summer. Additionally, let us know your thoughts on these in the comments.
