After receiving an in hand look of Derrick Rose’s tenth signature shoe, we’re now getting a look at the adidas D Rose 10 in a better detailed shot.
Derrick Rose originally debuted his next and final signature shoe with adidas Hoops in game vs the Orlando Magic on January 4th. The photos below provide a much better look at the materials and technology being used in D Rose’s next shoe, so let’s take a look.
Derrick Rose honestly deserves so much better than what he has received from the past few years from adidas. From budget-looking shoes, to awful quality shoes, to now a downgraded performer with no Boost, and not even Lightstrike.
The D Rose 10 arrives equipped with a multi-directional herringbone outsole with a forefoot pivot point for grip on the court, while a full-length Bounce midsole completes the build. Pretty crazy D Rose’s don’t even have Boost anymore, yet they’re still charging $140 a piece for the 9s. Even the new Dame’s are going to have Lightstrike. Upper wise, it seems to be a synthetic leather, and not even a genuine full grain leather that the Harden Vol. 4s seem to feature. A basic lace enclosure finishes off the shoe with Derrick Rose’s logo stamped on the tongue.
Poor D Rose. The former MVP deserves much better treatment than this. Otherwise, keep it locked here for updates regarding a release date and pricing on D Rose’s final signature shoe with the Three Stripes, and let us know what you think in the comments below.
